Nature Absolute

my eyes are closed
my breath is deep
my heartbeat is even
my life is complete

 sunsets with wickedly colored streaks
glacier ice bluer than stained glass
purple mountains with snowy peaks

salmon suicides in icy streams
eagles floating to the forest floor abound
mama bears wrestling with their cubs
whimsical whales and sea otters in the sound

an alpha wolf crying to the pack
cow moose nudging twins to follow her path
endless hiking trails and being sure to always look back

Alaska is a MASTERPIECE of life beyond borders.
